Permanent Band 6 Children’s Nurse Case Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Permanent Band 6 Children’s Nurse Case Manager in South London.
Here are the key details to consider for this role:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Days of Shift: Monday to Friday
- Time for Shift: 09:00am – 17:00pm – one evening per fortnight as part of oncall rota. Full flexibility considered.
- Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience, Oyster Card and any mileage also paid.
- Duties: As a Nurse Case Manager (Tracheostomy Experienced), you would be responsible for providing face to face support to our client and their families whilst creating personalised care plans for each client. You would work closely with a core team of carers training and supporting them with clinical skills and activities.

Experience: Children’s community experience, RSCN or RN Child Branch Diploma / Degree. Evidence of relevant post related experience / on-going clinical training, and commitment to training.
- Experience working with and caring for children with complex health needs. including children who require tracheostomy care and/or long term ventilation needs – oxygen therapy, – suction, – enteral feeds etc – catheterisation
- Care of the spinal patient knowledge desirable
- Enteral feeding experience essential
- A qualified nurse will always be available for advice and support via on -call.
- Experience working with and caring for children with life limited / threatening illnesses.
