We have an exciting new opportunity for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist


Vacancy Type: Full-Time


Start Date: As soon as possible


Shift Days: Monday - Friday


Duties: Provide high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services in accordance with HCPC standards, CSP guidance, and Trust policies. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, promoting independence and rehabilitation, developing individualised treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical records, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care within community settings.
