Shift Times: 09:00-17:00

Duties: We are looking for a Band 5 - Occupational Therapist - who is happy to work across all localities - Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cotswolds and Stroud.

The post holder will provide supervision and support to Therapy Assistants and Home First staff as appropriate.

To contribute to admission avoidance through timely assessment, intervention and referral/signposting to appropriate services.

The post holder will provide support to occupational therapy colleagues in their role within OT practice.

To contribute to urgent assessments or community visits where appropriate to support patient safety and prevent avoidable hospital admission.
