Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner with adult expereince.

Shift Days: Monday - Friday



Duties: Provide high-quality, patient-centred mental health care in accordance with NMC guidelines and Trust policies. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care for individuals with mental health needs, administering medication safely where required, maintaining accurate clinical records, promoting recovery, dignity, and wellbeing, undertaking risk assessments and escalating concerns appropriately, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
