End Date: 12/07/2026


Shift Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday


Duties:


To assess, diagnose and manage patients with mental illness, autism and challenging behavior


Ensuring effective holistic multidisciplinary assessment and care planning with service users, carers, and the multidisciplinary team


Planning of all treatment needs including prescription of medication


Close liaison with partners in other health, social care ,primary and third sector organisations to ensure that patients’ needs are met


To provide cover for other Colleagues non-working days and emergency cover


Management of risk and weighing complex risk information to deliver care that is in the best interests of the recovery of the individual


Supporting the MDT in this by clear communication, containing anxiety, and maintain hope for the patient
