Salary Range:

• Minimum: $35.72/hour
• 5–6 years of experience: $39.39/hour
• 8–9 years of experience: $42.02/hour
• 10–11 years of experience: $44.12/hour
• Maximum: $52.00/hour

About the Opportunity
ID Medical is supporting experienced UK nurses who are NCLEX-cleared and planning to relocate to the United States. In partnership with a leading healthcare system in Maryland, we are recruiting 45 Registered Nurses to join their Float Pool with experience in Medical/Surgical and/or Telemetry and 5 Labour & Delivery Nurses.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and flexible nursing workforce that plays a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple hospital divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently deliver high-quality patient care across a variety of hospital units
• Support workforce gaps on a systemwide basis, including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Women’s Health, and ED
• Float across different departments based on organisational staffing needs
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and hospital-specific regulations and policies

Requirements

• NCLEX passed (mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration UK nursing experience
• Experience in Labour & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, or Telemetry preferred
• Willingness to work across various hospital departments as needed
