Job Title: Registered Nurse –ICU, Emergency Department, SDU/Clinical Decision Unit (H1B Visa Sponsorship)
Location: West Virginia, USA
Contract Type: Full-time, 3-year contract
Salary Range:

  • Acute Care Nurses: $30.70 – $47.60 per hour
  • Specialty Unit Nurses (ICU, ED, PACU, Surgical Services, Cath Lab, etc.): $32.25 – $49.99 per hour
    (Rate based on experience and role placement)

About the Opportunity
ID Medical, in collaboration with leading U.S. healthcare providers, is supporting NCLEX-cleared UK nurses already planning to relocate to the United States.

We are currently seeking skilled Registered Nurses to work in specialty units such as ICU, Emergency Department (ED), and Step-Down Units (SDU/Clinical Decision Units) at a highly regarded hospital in West Virginia.

This opportunity is suited to ambitious, experienced nurses ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic U.S. clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct nursing care in high-acuity settings including ICU, ED, and SDU
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses in compliance with clinical standards
  • Ensure adherence to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

  • NCLEX passed
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration nursing experience in the UK
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following: ICU, Emergency Care, Step-Down Units
