We have a new opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Lead in Wolverhampton

Here are the key details to consider for this role:

• Contract date: Permanent
• Shift: Full-Time
• Salary: Up to £50,000
• Days of Shift: Monday to Friday
• Time for Shift: 09:00am – 17:00pm
• Duties: To provide senior clinical leadership by being creative with both human and physical resources; having the ability to look at new ways of working, highlighting new possibilities and to influence others enabling them to see and understand situations from various perspectives.
• To provide specialist clinical knowledge and expertise for clients with life long and enduring illness (including end of life).
• To be a driver of qualitative, innovative, productive, evidence-based care which promotes best practice and best outcomes for clients.
• Provide specialised nursing care to adults with complex health conditions in a community setting. Perform comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised care plans to manage chronic and complex health needs.
• To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and be responsible for training and assessing the competencies of care staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.Working collaboratively with the Branch Manager to ensure that efficient, safe, effective and high-quality clinical services are provided to all stake holders.
• To assist in the development of the business by leading on clinical service-related tender processes and developing external links with other services providers and service commissioners.
• Experience:
  • Relevant post registration experience in a complex care related speciality
  • Experience of teaching / assessing
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Registered General Nurse – Adult
  • Appropriately registered with the NMC as per post requirements
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Post basic qualification in relevant subject area – Critical Care, Respiratory, Neuro, Spinal, trauma
