  • Start date: ASAP
  • Shifts: Thursday & Friday – 09:00 to 18:00
  • Contract length: Ongoing
  • Referral Scheme: Up to £250/referral
  • Duties include: Face to face consultations, telephone triage, Self-Generated Admin, Minor Illness & Injury
