Consultant Psychiatry Learning Disability

We have a new opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatry Learning Disability in Ilford.

Here are the key details to consider for this role:

• Contract date: ASAP-25th July 2025
• Shift: Full-Time
• Duties: Managing clinical caseload of young people 0-18 with co-morbid mental health & severe and profound learning difficulties, prescribing and monitoring medication, support for MDT in psychiatric formulation and risk management, engagement with professional
  networks.
• Experience: At least 6 months experience in CAMHS & learning disability. Valid driving license. MRCPsych. S12 approval desirable. Ideally CCT in Child Psychiatry but will look at adult psychiatrists provided some CAMHS/LD experience.
