Consultant Psychiatry Child & Adolescent

We have a new opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist specilising in Child & Adolescent at Westminster CAMHS.

Here are the key details to consider for this role:

• Contract date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift: Full-Time/ Ad-Hoc
• Days of Shift: Monday to Friday
• Time for Shift: 09:00am – 17:00pm
• Duties: The post holder will have the responsibility of managing young people within the Neurodevelopmental Disorders Subteam within Westminster CAMHS. You will be supported to use your skills and expertise to the full, working as an integral part of amulti-disciplinary care team (MDT) consisting of nursing staff, clinical psychologists, systemic family psychotherapists, child psychotherapists, administrative staff and other Consultant Psychiatry colleagues. Westminster CAMHS has up to 4 psychiatric trainees at a time. The primary role will be to provide direct clinical input to young people and families, especially those whose mental health needs are particularly complex and to supportthe other members of the MDT in relation to clinical management of complex cases.
