Contract date: ASAP-30th April 2025

Shift: Full-Time

Duties: Acting as a RC for a defined caseload and assessment of patients referred to CMHT either at home or in clinics. Attendance and leading MDT meetings and providing advice to GPs within the catchment area. All RC duties related to a community mental health team.
