Shifts: Mon, Tues and Friday – 09:00 to 18:00
Contract length: Ongoing
Referral Scheme: Up to £250/referral
Duties: Independent Prescriber, Face to Face consultation, Telephone Triage, Admin, Minor Illness & Injury
