Band 7 Pharmacist

We have a new opportunity for a Band 7 Pharmacist in Salisbury.

Here are the key details to consider for this role:

• Contract date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift: Part-Time
• Days of Shift: Monday to Friday
• Time for Shift: 08:30am – 17:00pm
• Duties: To be operationally responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the aseptic dispensing service to ensure effective and safe use of resources, to establish capacity, and the timely preparation of clinically appropriate medication. To assist in the organisation and management of the aseptic services to ensure that products are fit for their intended use, resources are used effectively and there is timely delivery of products. To assist the Aseptic Services Accountable Pharmacist in the provision of professional expertise to the aseptic unit to ensure compliance with Section 10 Exemption and National Standards (QAAPs) to ensure provision of a safe aseptic service.
• Experience: Significant experience in hospital pharmacy, with evidence of specialist knowledge in technical services. Proven ability to influence and negotiate with relevant senior clinicians, managers, and key stakeholders.
