Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience required
• Must be suitable for Level 2 (act as Team Leader when the NUM is absent)
• Strong leadership skills are essential, as the nurse will be responsible when the NUM isn’t around. It is preferred to ask candidates what a typical shift looks like, as in Private Hobart, nurses are technically responsible for everything.
• Priority is given to local candidates, but 482 visa sponsorship is available (186 exceptional, case by case)
• Relocation assistance available
• Temporary accommodation provided until candidates secure permanent housing

Shift type: Full Time, Part time, Permanent

Pay rate: $70,000 – $110,000 per annum

Contract length: 3 years

Referral Scheme: £250 referral amount
