Band 6 Occupational Therapist

We have a new opportunity for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist at St Marys Hospital, Isle of Wight.

Here are the key details to consider for this role:

• Contract date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift: Part-Time
• Days of Shift: Weekdays
• Time for Shift: 22.5 (3 days per week, if possible, including a Monday)
• Duties: To manage a defined caseload, using evidence based/patient centered principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions. The service is provided in a variety of inpatient and community settings, and you will be required to work across different specialist areas. To regularly supervise Occupational Therapy students on practice placement. To provide leadership for junior staff, as delegated by supervisor. Supervise Band 5 staff and Occupational therapy assistants where appropriate. To contribute to the development of the Occupational Therapy Service
