ID Medical achieves magnificent 7 in esteemed national sector awards shortlist
On Friday 19th September, the UK’s leading medical staffing supplier ID Medical was shortlisted in 6 of the 17 REC IRP Awards 2014 categories:
- Best Company to Work for (more than 250 employees) – ID Medical
- Best Back-Office Support Team Award – ID Medical’s Compliance department
- Business Leader of the Year Award – Managing director, Deenu Patel
- Business Manager of the Year Award – Operations Manager, Gus Brimson
- 2 x Best Candidate Experience – Sarah Moss (Doctors Division) and Aaron Becks (Nurses Division)
- Best Client Experience – Gulraj Biant (Doctors Client Team)
The IRP Awards are unique in their own right, raising the awareness of the industry’s leading role models whose exceptional work and candidate and client care sets the bar for all recruitment professionals and businesses to aspire to. Being the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the REC, they recognise achievement (from the very best individuals and companies) across all levels and different disciplines – a true reflection of the UK’s recruitment talent.
ID Medical’s award entries conveyed its unique operational methods and standards; in addition to how the company’s values and visions are embedded to ensure its promised premier level service is continually upheld. On an individual level, ID Medical’s recruitment consultants and managers demonstrated their commitment to the company, the recruitment sector, the NHS and their valued customers.
Managing director of ID Medical, Deenu Patel commented on the recent announcement, “I cannot begin to express how proud I am to find out that ID Medical has been shortlisted seven times in the REC IRP Awards. Being shortlisted in four different categories last year was a significant achievement for the company but this year we’ve exceeded ourselves and our 2013 successes.
The IRP Awards have given ID Medical across-the-board recognition. The awards ceremony will be held on Friday 5 December 2014 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, hosted by musician, journalist and priest the Rev Richard Coles.
