If you would like to work through a limited company, we would like to make you aware that some NHS trusts will no longer accept workers via PSCs as part of the new IR35 regulations. For those trusts that do, PAYE tax, Employee’s National Insurance, and Employer’s National Insurance must be accounted for prior to making a net payment to your limited company. Limited companies are still accepted by private healthcare providers.
