Job Title: Registered Nurse – Perioperative Resource Nurse (H1B / EB3 Visa Sponsorship)
Location: Pennsylvania / New York, USA
Contract Type: Full-time, 3-year contract
Salary Range: $37.50 – $53.06 per hour (dependent on experience)
About the Role
ID Medical is currently partnering with a leading healthcare system with hospital in Pennsylvania and New York to recruit experienced and NCLEX-cleared Registered Nurses from the UK for their Perioperative Resource Team. This role offers the chance to provide advanced clinical care across surgical settings, with full relocation support and visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to assigned surgical patients
- Perform patient assessments, treatments, and care plan development and updates
- Provide patient and family education in the perioperative setting
- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes
- Support operating room safety, efficiency, and compliance
- Work across surgical specialties as needed within the hospital network
Requirements
- NCLEX passed (mandatory)
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience as a nurse in the UK
- Previous experience in perioperative, surgical, or theatre nursing desirable
- Willingness to work across multiple locations in Pennsylvania or New York as part of a resource team
