Salary: $38.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)

This role is ideal for Nurses with a background in medical or surgical care who are looking to grow their career in a new clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments appropriate to patient population
- Identify expected outcomes and develop care plans based on individual nursing diagnoses
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Review patient progress and revise care plans based on evaluative data
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance patient care and service delivery
Requirements
- NCLEX passed
- Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse in the UK
- Experience in a medical, surgical, or acute care setting preferred
